Four students from the Master’s Program in Agronomy at the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran (Faperta Unpad)—Aulia Afifah Rachman, Kiki Nuratni Sitompul, Alifa Ghaida Zahra, and Rumaisa Salma Tsabitah—together with a delegation of lecturers from the Department of Crop Science, conducted an academic visit to the Faculty of Natural Resources (FNR), Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Thailand, in January 2025. The delegation was officially welcomed by Dr. Rungrat Saeyang, Assistant to the Dean for International Affairs at FNR, PSU.

The visit aimed to strengthen academic relations and explore strategic collaboration opportunities between the two institutions. During the meeting, both parties discussed potential cooperation in education, research, and academic exchange, particularly in the areas of sustainable agriculture and natural resource management.

In addition to academic discussions, the students had the opportunity to visit various facilities at FNR PSU, including laboratories, experimental fields, and other research infrastructures. This activity provided valuable insights into the academic environment and research systems at Prince of Songkla University.

One of the main highlights of the discussion was the development of a Student Mobility Program, which is expected to provide opportunities for students to gain international academic experience and enhance their competencies in agronomy and sustainable agriculture.

This visit marks an important step toward strengthening international partnerships between the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran and Prince of Songkla University. It is expected that this collaboration will lead to the development of various joint programs that support the internationalization of students and faculty members.
