The Complex Reasons Behind Indonesia’s Struggle To Achieve Soybean Self-Sufficiency.<\/strong>

<\/strong>The research uses a comprehensive analysis of existing literature to identify the key factors contributing to the country’s reliance on imports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This research is directly relevant to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By addressing the root causes of a food security issue, it aligns with SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth by highlighting economic and policy challenges that hinder the growth of the domestic agricultural sector, which can ultimately help improve the livelihoods of local farmers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The authors successfully provided a clear, data-driven overview of the factors preventing Indonesia from achieving soybean self-sufficiency, from policy issues to agricultural practices. This research offers a valuable roadmap for policymakers and stakeholders to create more effective strategies.
