The study demonstrates that NIRS is a fast, accurate, and non-destructive tool for chemical analysis, which reduces reliance on conventional, chemical-intensive methods. This supports <strong>SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Led by Kusumiyati, K, the research suggests that adopting NIRS in coffee industries can improve efficiency in quality control while lowering environmental impact.
