He served as the supervisor for the&nbsp;<em>Scholar Exchange Program<\/em>&nbsp;for Dr. Mieke Rochimi Setiawati in 2022 and for Febby Fitriyani, a postgraduate student in Soil Science at the Faculty of Agriculture, UNPAD, in 2023. This program lasted for one month at TUK, based on a MoA between the UNPAD Faculty of Agriculture and TUK, and was underpinned by an MoU between TUK and UNPAD. In 2024, Prof. Murata became the co-promotor for Febby Fitriyani, a doctoral student in Agricultural Sciences, alongside her promotor Prof. Reginawanti Hindersah. Prof. Kouhei\u2019s guest lecture for postgraduate and doctoral students lasted for 2 hours, with Dr. Yusup Hidayat as the moderator. The topic of Soil Animals has not been widely researched, despite their crucial role in the soil's nutrient cycle for providing plant nutrition.
